International payments are processed through various banks, and the delivery time depends on the efficiency of these banks. International payments exceeding seven working days can be tracked by contacting us.
Once a local or SWIFT payment has been completed, a payment confirmation will be sent to you by email. If a payment is completed but later fails, a confirmation message will be provided containing the status of the payment.
