Why am I unable to obtain exchange rates?
You can perform currency exchanges on our payment platform, which is open 24 hours a day, but certain transactions may be subject to the following limitations:
- Our trading hours are from Monday 00:00 UK time to Friday 22:00 UK time.
- The availability of certain foreign currencies may be affected by supply conditions, depending on market liquidity.
- During bank holidays, certain currencies may not be available.

What should I do if there is an error in my transaction amount?
If you discover an error or any other unmodifiable issue with the completed transaction amount, please contact us immediately. Once we receive your request, we will address the issue. Please note that due to the time difference with our partners, we will communicate with you via email for further follow-up.
What should I do if the transaction does not show as completed?
If a local payment exceeds 2 working days or an international payment exceeds 7 working days and your transaction status still does not show as completed, please contact us to track the progress of the payment. We will communicate with you via email for further follow-up and resolution of the issue.
