Please upload your file in JPG, PNG or PDF file. The Max file size is 10MB
Referred to by AUSTRAC, a secondary ID that contains the individual’s name and residential address must be issued in the past 12 months
Click the “?” icon for the examples of Identification documents.
Step 3:
You could view your details on the Review Application page.
Step 4:
Before submitting your application, read the Application Declaration carefully, and tick the 3 agreements at the bottom of the page.
